Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 33bd9

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 33bd9 platform at 33bd9.app (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 33bd9 (the "Company", "we", "us", "our") concerning your use of the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

33bd9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the 33bd9 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 33bd9 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Minors are expressly prohibited from registering or using any service on the Platform.
• You are registering and playing for yourself as a private individual, and not on behalf of any company, syndicate, or other organisation.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 33bd9 for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 33bd9 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a sports trader, arbitrage bettor, or in any coordinated group betting arrangement designed to exploit the Platform.

33bd9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If a player is found to have provided false eligibility information — including misrepresentation of age — any winnings generated during that period will be voided, deposits may be returned at 33bd9's discretion, and the account will be permanently closed.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access real-money services on 33bd9, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

3.1 — Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account on 33bd9 at any time. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33bd9 may, without prior notice:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately
• Confiscate any bonus balances and associated winnings held across duplicated accounts
• Void any pending bets or casino game rounds in progress
• Permanently ban the associated player from re-registering on the Platform

3.2 — Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 33bd9 will never contact you to request your password — any communication purportedly from 33bd9 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.3 — Account Verification (KYC)

33bd9 may require players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport) and a recent proof of address. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have deposit, withdrawal, and betting functions suspended until verification is confirmed.

3.4 — Account Closure

Players wishing to close their 33bd9 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. 4.2 — Deposit Terms

4.3 — Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.1 — General Bonus Conditions

5.2 — Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that 33bd9 considers abusive includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, using any automated system or bot to generate bonus turnover, and coordinating with other players to exploit referral programmes.

Where bonus abuse is detected, 33bd9 reserves the right to void the bonus balance, void all winnings generated using that bonus, and permanently close the account without refund of deposited funds if the deposit was made primarily to extract a bonus.

5.3 — Seasonal & Event Promotions

33bd9 periodically runs promotions tied to local events and sporting seasons, including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) tournaments, ICC T20 World Cup, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26) and Victory Day (December 16). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for the stated promotional period only.

6 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly forbidden on the 33bd9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including misrepresentation of age, identity, or address.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or disguise the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or playing while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor to your account.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with games, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker game, or sports betting market.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile money provider after a deposit has been credited and used. All legitimate disputes should be raised directly with 33bd9 support first.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of a software glitch, pricing error, or system fault to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Unauthorised Third-Party Access: Allowing, selling, or transferring access to your account to any other person, whether for reward or otherwise.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33bd9 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 33bd9 or its licensed partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without express written consent from 33bd9.
• Use the 33bd9 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose, including resale, advertising, or publication.

All third-party game content made available on 33bd9 — including titles developed by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Habanero, and other studios — remains the exclusive intellectual property of its respective developer. 33bd9 accesses such content under commercial licensing agreements and makes no claim of ownership over third-party game titles.

8 Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain password security.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or displayed information resulting from software errors — subject always to our commitment to promptly correct and void affected transactions where technically feasible.
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to continue playing despite known technical issues with the Platform.

8.1 — Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication before any formal proceedings are considered.

8.2 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

8.3 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33bd9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
